I Almost Dyed !

Who ordered the code red?

Well, this is just one of several highway incidents I've dealt with recently on my daily commute. Driving through this was an adventure. For about a mile and a half a half inch of solid rust-red dye the consistancy of tomato soup had traffic in a 30 minute delay most of the day. It was splashing everywhere and cars were covered. Later in the day it snowed and as Cathy viewed the scene from the opposite direction later on her southward commute she said it looked like a bloody masacre.

Part Of 495 North Turns Red After Dye Spill

(WBZ) LITTLETON A stretch of Interstate 495 north in Littleton was shut down early Wednesday morning after a truck spilled several containers of liquid dye on the highway, turning the road red.

State police say the containers fell off the tractor-trailer shortly after 10 p.m.

The non-toxic dye covered about 1,500 feet of the road. Several drivers said their vehicles were also splattered by the liquid.
